Hello! My name is Veronika Fimbres, and I am running for California Insurance Commissioner, 2022. I am trying to successfully provide single payer healthcare to ALL Californians. Recently, there was an Assembly Bill, AB 1400, by Ash Kalra, called CalCare. It was intended to provide single payer insurance for ALL Californians. I supported this bill, but after passing the first hurdle, it was never brought to the floor. Why??? Watch this video by Krystal Ball, so you will be an informed voter on the issue:

This clearly tells you why CalCare, failed. Einstein's definition of insanity, is " doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result!" Well, there is something different in my candidacy! I belong to the Green Party. Our doctrine puts people and planet over, corporations, and financial gain . . . Greed! We live in a state that has money flowing, an abundance in its coffers, so why don't we have single payer??? We are party of the people, for the people, and by the people. We as a party, are as grass roots as you can get! There has never been a Green Candidate to hold this statewide office. I am offering a true and transformational change, to the Insurance Industry, as we currently know it! I intend to continue to fight, to bring ALL Californians, single payer insurance, that the people, doctors and nurses in this state, are clamoring for, want! There has never been a woman to hold this position, since its inception, in 1988. There has never been a Nurse to run for this position, who knows compassion and how to deliver healthcare from bedside to stateside. There has never been a military Veteran, (US Navy) and there has never been a former City Commissioner, (City & County of San Francisco, 14 years, 8 months, Veterans Affairs.) to run for this statewide office, who knows how to fight, and how to serve. I represent all three! As a Green party candidate, voting for me, and helping me to get my name on the ballot, will stop the "insanity!" Since I am running a grass roots campaign, every little bit you can donate helps. Won't you please help, so I can provide you, and all Californians with single payer Healthcare?
