Help me get surgery to fix my clavicle

Hi, I'm Guillermo. Most of you know me as ElBebos or just Bebo. Ifelt really really bad while skating and I broke my left clavicle on Wednesday August 4th, 2021. I need to get surgery as soon as possible, I went to the ER in NYC they stabilized my pain and give me a slings.

Due to some circumstances with me insurance, they couldn’t perform surgery over there, they told me I have up to 2 weeks after to get surgery, so I traveled back to home to Miami in order to get this surgery, but now the problem is bigger now, so I tried to apply to payment arrangement but its too high and I don't really have the money just to pay my insurance deductible $5.2k plus 50% coinsurance another $3k, without any other expenses after surgery like post surgery treatments and any other expenses while I recover.

I will truly appreciate any help you can give to get through this.
