Help Liam get the surgery he needs to get his life back

Hi; my name is Liam, and I’m 28. I live in the UK. Last year, an accident left me with a broken femur. I thought that would be my toughest challenge, but soon after, severe back pain set in. For the last 7 months I sought help, but my condition was overlooked as I was only given painkillers which only managed the pain...not address the root-cause. By May, the back pain was so excruciating it led to multiple hospital visits and treatments. Sadly, I was rushed back to the Hospital again a week ago. Specifically, I’ve now been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis a degenerative disc syndrome and my back is collapsing...literally. My discs are degenerating rapidly. Unfortunately such a late diagnosis, has made it too late for simpler treatments; my spine has developed irreversible damage. An additional surgery is my only option for a pain-free life.

The unbearable pain and wait for a proper diagnosis has left me unable to work or care for myself. I’m dependent on family for even the smallest tasks. I am now bedridden and have lost all income. Though an additional surgery, with a road to recovery has been identified, NHS would not cover the cost of the surgery, and I do not have Health Insurance. I am blessed to have a team and Mentor who’ve been working overtime to research my condition, find resources, and additional medical possibilities. I am now in a race against time before I am paralyzed. This is now my reality. It is recommended that I have the next surgery within the next 3 weeks. I now have one last hope. My last hope is a surgery abroad that could finally free me from this constant pain and help me get my life back. But I need your help to cover the costs.

If you can, please contribute to help me reach my goal for this surgery. Any donation, big or small, would mean the world to me. If you cannot give it, sharing my story would be a tremendous help. Thank you for your kindness and support.
I am currently in hospital after having surgery to remove my appendix which as you can imagine, was not planned. I am in Lithuania and will be here until I am able to have the surgery for my spine.
