Help me get threw this kidney disease

Hi my name Is Sheina and i recently found out that I have kidney disease. I will be going threw a lengthy and hard journey. My insurance will not cover everything and I will be out of work for a long period of time. I would love your help. Im not the type to ask for anything I actually find it hard asking for help but at this point I have no choice. I would appreciate any kind of help you can give.
