Help Tyler Get to Rehab and On the Heart Transplant List

I’m Tyler. I’m 33 years old. I’m living with end-stage congestive heart failure—and I’m not here for pity.

I’m here because I need help getting to Florida for rehab so I can stabilize, get clean, and qualify for a heart transplant. This is about survival, plain and simple.

I’ve been fighting for disability for over 19 months with no support coming through. I’ve been classified as permanently disabled, but the system makes it nearly impossible to survive while waiting. If I work, I risk losing my eligibility. If I don’t, I go broke. That’s the trap.

I’m trying to break that cycle. I want to do the work—to get well, stay alive, and fight for a second chance at life.

The funds I raise will go toward:

Getting to and staying in Florida for rehab

Medical evaluations for the transplant list

Covering basic needs while I’m in treatment
