Help me get to see my family in Michigan

On May 28th, the doctor told me that I was in the last stage of COPD.

When I asked how much time I had, he said about six months but not much longer.

I would love to visit my family in Michigan because I have some great-great grandchildren I havent met and would like to see them before I die but unfortunaley I have no money.
