Get to South of Brazil, volunteer at the floods and buy...

Hello,

My name is Leon and I am a Chef.

I am originally from Brazil Rio de Janeiro Brazil currently living in Italy.

I am not sure you have seen what is going on in Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil these days.

The floods are over 9m high in some areas and thousands of animals and people are in dire fight for their lives.

The government as always does nothing to help anyone and the situation is bad, really bad.

I am fortunate enough to be able to put things on hold on my personal life for a while and get down there to help in anyway i can, cooking for large numbers, helping with rescues, driving boats, first aid etc

I am looking for your help to make this happen.

The funds will be used for a ticket to Porto Alegre(which i am liasing with air companies to get it at a discount price) max €400

€4600 to buy food for people in need, food for animals in need, clothes, medications and rescue equipment.

In case the airline companies are kind enough to sponsor the ticket 100% of the funds will be towards the other items mentioned

I will submit all receipts for clarification.

It doesn't seem like the rain will stop anytime soon, but in case of a miracle and by the time we reach our goal volunteer work is no longer needed, I will transfer 100% of funds to a reputable NGO in order to be spent on food, clothes and medications
