Help Me Gibbs TDCJ employee

On October the 12th my father left his job with TDCJ Michael Unit for the last time after 30 plus years of service for the State of Texas , and life as he knew it. On October the 13th his was in major car accident witch left him with full blown dementia this was so unexpected. I had to hire a lawyer to get Powe of Attorney and no telling how long that process will take or cost me I'm trying to do as much overtime as I can. The nursing home has informed me that as of the 16th it will be 2 thousand dollars a month because I can't provide the information they are asking for because he has no POA nobody can collect any information from his bank , his retirement , insurance nothing..... I'm only asking help to give me time and him be in good hands.
