Help me help Jeff G.!!!

Anyone who knows Jeff G. knows that he brings joy to everyone he meets, and his generous heart has brought light to some of the darkest places. He is the proud father of 2 beautiful girls, and 3 more lucky kids have the privilege of calling him their "bonus dad."

About 3 months ago, Jeff started having some medical issues. After extensive testing, the Neurology team at Barnes Jewish Hospital believes Jeff has had a very rapid presentation of Multiple Sclerosis, with the possibility of some other components that they haven't been able to diagnose. Due to his rapid physical decline, many future appointments, and already being unable to work, Jeff needs our help.
