Help me help my incredible wife and mother to our five kids

Hi, I'm Clayton. I'm a father of five and a husband. My wife Jess has always had teeth issues thanks to genes passed down by her father (ectodermal dysplasia). This disease causes her to get infections in her teeth.

She was recently diagnosed with kidney disease due to years of treating the infections in her teeth. To prevent further damage to her kidneys caused by the infections and bone loss, her doctor and dentist want to remove her teeth and get her dentures. To mitigate the risk of further infection, her doctors want her to have implanted dentures, which of course are the most expensive option.

I'm not used to asking for help like this, but I am the sole provider for our family of 7 and am not sure I can come up with this type of money any other way. My dental insurance is covering only $1,500.00. Any donations to help us in reaching the cost of this procedure ($25,559) would be a blessing to me and my amazing family.
