Help me leave my narcissistic partner please

I am trying to leave my narcissistic husband. He closed both our accounts, left me with nothing. He took the keys to our house and locked me out. He took the keys to our only vehicle and locked me out. He hired himself a lawyer. I lost the order of protection because he’s very smart about hiding his threats. He is trying to take our children and I am scared for their physical and mental well being. Legal aid says they cannot help me because TN courts recognize emotional abuse but since he has not hit me (yet) there is nothing they can do. I need help hiring a lawyer to protect my children and gain back some freedom. I’ve been a stay at home parent who is physically disabled. He wouldn’t let me file for disability 10 years ago because “we don’t live off the state.” Anything will help. I would appreciate any help I can get to get away.
