Help me move house and stay off the street

So things have been getting really hard lately, and I have to move ASAP to a new property but I can't afford to do so.

I'm permanently disabled and unable to work, whilst wrestling with bureaucracy to try and get my disability payments. Im into the final stretch and i should have it within 6 months but i cannot afford another month living where i am. I will not be able to make rent, let alone manage to make rent for another 6 months until i get my payments.

This leaves me in the situation of having to leave this house and move somewhere in a much cheaper area, and if i dont do it now, i will be evicted.

If you could contribute anything you can spare, every cent will go to the first month of rent up front, the security deposit, cleaning and movers since I'm not in any physical state to manage any of that. It would mean the world to me. I'd be able to live somewhere within my means and afford rent every month.
