Help me & my husband evacuate Gaza

I am Maysoon Sami, I am 27 years old.

I got married four months before the war.

My husband and I had a secluded, sunlit house in Shuja'iyya. We hoped that only those we loved would know the way of our house. The features of the house that we were building, stone by stone, and the dreams that we were waiting for turned from warmth and memories to ashes that do not even have any features.

The house was gone, the dreams were gone, and everything ended during this brutal war on the Gaza Strip. We were displaced to shelter schools and were besieged by the occupation, bullets over our heads like rain showers, smoke and gas shells fell between us. There are bodies buried in the streets and in schools, and others left on the sidewalks. We left people alive under the rubble for days then we moved to tents in the city of Rafah. There is no security or safety and death is everywhere. The war took everything we had. I beg God not to let me taste the bitterness of losing my husband.

We decided to try to escape from death after facing all its types and to evacuate outside the Gaza Strip. Nothing here is complete and intact. We hope that you will support us and contribute with us to reach the amount that will help us evacuate from Gaza and its pain. The money from the fundraiser will be spent on the evacuation fees for Rafah crossing and resettlement in Egypt. This is even if God destined us to survive.
