Help me pay for a lawyer to sue Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila

Hi my name is Melissa.

on 1/12/24 I left a negative review on a restaurant called Gordo's Tacos & Tequila & in retaliation, this restaurant DOXXED me. As a direct result of this, I received threats from someone claiming to be his wife who called me racial slurs & stated my street address proving they know where I live.

On 1/14/24 I made a TikTok stating this information & the owner retaliated by filing a false police report claiming that I verbally harassed & threatened him & his staff on 1/12/24 & again on 1/14/24. I have evidence proving this was false.

Today, 4/4/24 the judge ruled me as guilty based on completely fabricated stories made by the owner Brian Gorder. I had physical proof showing this was fabricated. The judge refused to look at any of it & therefore I was unable to prove my innocence. The judge stated that a business owner has no reason to lie on a customer & took his word over my physical proof of innocence.

We are already on motion to file an appeal. But I want to get the word out there about this owner & his business. He has a history of berating his customers after they left reviews based on the service they received.

EDIT: The owner of Gordo’s Tacos & Tequila has now pressed additional harassment charges against me. Stating that because of my completely factual TikToks, he has received “death threats” & “harassing phone calls”. Coincidentally, the same officer who filed the original false charges also filed these charges as well. I have also been requested to have my fingerprints taken. 

At this point, I’m being harassed by this man. Solely because he doxxed me & I made videos that went viral because of it.

With that being said, I have retained a lawyer for the appeal for the original charges, which is scheduled for 5/24. (Thank you SO much to everyone who has donated & sent kind words)

However, now because these are additional charges, I am needing to pay an additional $750. If anyone is able to donate or share, I would greatly appreciate it!
