Help me pay my medical bills, and get a car

Hello,
My name is Alex O’Connor, I am 24 years old and I live in New Hampshire.
Since September 2023, I have been struggling to keep up with the uncontrollable situations my life has thrown at me. September 13 I went to the emergency room and was given an ultrasound, I was told they found a mass and was immediately set up with an appointment with a local urologist. September 14th I went to my appointment and was told I have a cancerous mass and needed to go in for surgery immediately. September 19th I went in for surgery and had an orchiectomy. They did tissue exams after my surgery and found that the type of cancer I had was Embryonal Carcinoma. On September 27th my vehicle broke down the first time and needed an AC- Compressor/ Serpentine belt. I was without a vehicle until December 4th. On September 28th I went in for CT chest and abdomen scans which resulted in no metastasis. My next step was to get in touch with an oncologist and go over chemo-therapy treatment options. On November 7th I met with a local oncologist at Dana-Farber. We discussed that the recurrence rate was 40% without treatment and less than 5% with treatment. I was told starting a new job wouldn’t be ideal at the moment given the circumstances and I was set to start treatment on December 4th. On November 9th I was kicked out of my residence over a disagreement. I was offered shelter at a friend's house where I slept on an air mattress in the living room of their 1 bedroom apartment until December 16th. I missed upcoming appointments due to lack of transportation, my start date was pushed back until December 18th. December 4th my vehicle was repaired with the help of my sister and my father. I made it to the remainder of appointments I had scheduled including my study on the upcoming treatment and pulmonary testing required before starting treatment. December 14th my father flew in from California and rented a hotel room for us to stay in during my first 2 weeks of treatment. December 18th I started the first week of a 3 week BEP treatment cycle. The first week included 5 appointments Mon - Fri. December 23rd my vehicle broke down again. It remained parked at the hotel my father and I had been staying at for the remainder of my fathers stay. December 27th we towed my vehicle to my sister's house, and I moved into a room at a friend's apartment in Deerfield NH. After troubleshooting it appears my vehicle’s transmission failed. My final chemotherapy treatment was on January 2nd. On January 8th I started a new job in a cafe near my apartment. Unfortunately the pay and the hours aren’t enough to help me get back on my feet, I’m doing everything I can to keep prior commitments during this time. My family is tapped out of resources to help me after everything I’ve gone through the past few months and I’m hitting a roadblock. I need assistance raising funds to cover my medical bills and search for a vehicle so I can find more suitable employment to sustain my living situation and career.
