Help me pay my past due bills please

Hi, my name is Ili and I own a house in Arizona City, AZ. I had to leave my house due to a flooding incident in September which my homeowner's insurance is covering. When I left, I stopped paying for the utilities. Some unfortunate circumstances occurred and now I'm currently having to stay in my semi-demolished house again.

I work full-time in Phoenix, and the place where I was staying was 40 miles away from my office, so I've had to spend thousands on transportation. I haven't gone grocery shopping in over 6 months. I have been struggling to stay afloat with just covering my car payment, gas costs, and insurance.

But because I'm back at my house, I am in need of utilities -- of which all are behind. My electricity and sewer bills are at risk of being shut off by today 12/6/2023, and my water and trash have already been shut off. I'm asking for just enough to cover the electric, sewer, and water bills plus some extra to be able to reinstate my water. Anything extra will be going towards groceries and other living expenses.
