Help Me Pay My Power Bill After Fraud.

My bank account was frauded, someone stole my debit card numbers. Bank reversed half the damages, but the other half ate my weekly paycheck entirely. I cannot pay my power bill while they sort their issues out. I’m sick and cannot work, I’m trying my best.
