Help me pay off my heart attack bills!

On November 22nd, I ended up in the hospital after having suffered a heart attack. I received the best of care. Luckily, there was no blockage or permanent damage, and with continued cardiological care, regular visits to my cardiologist and primary care physician, and medication, my heart continues to recover.
What I wasn't prepared for were the anxiety and panic attacks that followed once I returned home. This, I am told, is not unexpected. For me, both became debilitating. The physical pain was as bad as the original heart attack. I followed my doctor's advice and sought a good therapy group and am learning to tackle the anxiety and panic that have somewhat stolen my life.
Until I am more recovered, I am unable to work.
Last week, my husband's company laid him off during budget cuts. Cullen has always worked hard and was valued by his company and its clients...but I suppose business is business and the bottom line is the profit margin. He is a skilled graphic artist with decades of experience and his salary stood out. He was given a small severance and our insurance ends at the end of February, leaving us scrambling for him to find new employment and hoping to find a way to pay for my recovery, therapy and medication.
I can't believe they laid him off in full knowledge of our situation, but, again, business is business.
But now we have thousands of dollars of medical bills to pay off, future medical bills that we will have to pay, and the possibility of a stretch with no employment bringing in regular funds. Paying off the medical bills would go a long way in helping us pay for food and our mortgage until we both are working.
Please, friends, help me out!
