- The story began with my brother being kidnapped by a gang and they asked for a ransom so that my brother would return home safely. My family lives in Syria and I live in Sweden and I actually sent the money I collected from my work so that my brother would not be harmed. I actually paid the money and my brother returned home. After that, I was very worried about my family because our country is at war as everyone knows and these incidents always happen. After that, I decided to borrow money from the bank so that my family could come to Sweden. This actually happened. I took the money and my family traveled to Turkey. After that, I contacted someone to help my family travel by sea to Italy and then to Sweden. The day of travel actually came and after that, the man who would help my family travel contacted me and told me that I had to send him the money or my family would not be able to travel. I thought that I had no other solution, either to send the money or not. I actually did that and sent the money. After that, he said that the travel had been postponed and that they would travel again within a week at most. After that, the man disappeared and I could not reach him again. In the earthquake incident in Turkey I saw a picture of him on the internet that he died in the earthquake, and my family stayed in Turkey because they don't have money to travel and there is a debt to the bank and I can't borrow more money and after a while my father died in Turkey and I haven't seen him for ten years I can't travel to see them and they can't come to Sweden, and I send money every month to help my family with the monthly expenses and I have been struggling with the debt and family conflict for two years and now I am unemployed there is debt on one side and my family and my little siblings on the other side. I really don't care about debt but if I can't pay the debt I can't help my family because the salary I used to get from work was all going directly to the debt but now there is no salary at all.
