Help Me Pay University Debt

Really need help paying off debt to college, to get away from toxic household. Would really like to go back to university and am trying my best to pay off but with bills at home, along with other personal bills (such as medical ones because I do not have insurance currently). Working to pay off debt along with other bills but due to my mother who is sick with lupus and possibly leukemia is having a really hard time getting out of this financial strain.
