Help me raise vital funds for Dementia UK
I knew I wanted to set myself another yearly challenge to raise money for a Dementia charity so why not jump straight in in January! I thought I would sign myself up and challenge myself to 10k steps a day to raise money for Dementia UK. A charity close to my heart after my mum was diagnosed with Frontotemporal dementia back in November 2020.
It should be quite the challenge as due to the nature of my job (nails & lashes) I spend the majority of my day sat down, working back to back with clients which makes my usual average step count around 2000 steps a day
please donate anything you can, I know January can be tight after Christmas so anything is hugely appreciated,
even if it’s just a share!
Thank you xx
Want to join me in offering a lifeline to people affected by dementia? I'm completing 10,000 steps a day in January to raise vital funds for Dementia UK.
Just £30 could help pay for one person living with dementia to receive an hour of invaluable practical and emotional support from a specialist dementia nurse.
Dementia UK are the specialist dementia nursing charity that is here for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.
In 2025, more than one million people will be living with this devastating condition.
Your support - no matter how big or small - will make a big difference to the lives of families affected by dementia.
