Camila Rebeca is my first only daughter. She has born in Chile and the has 6 years old. Actually she lives and goes to school in the province of Barcelona. Since 5 years ago I came back to Spain to find better opportunities for my family, where I got divorced in Spain from her mother, originally from Russia

 

Camila has been took her with no legal permit (kidnapped) by her mother last August (2021), just after all the child protection systems in Spain detected psychological abuse-manipulation by her

Unfortunately, the Russian Federation does not help foreigners to start a legal claim concerning the 1980 Hague Convention and obliges us to make this claim in Russia with Russian representatives for Camila's return to Spain.

 

Camila is currently 6 years old and has lived since she was a year and a half in Catalonia where she has her friends and her school, she has even learned the Catalan language that she speaks perfectly, unfortunately she was violently tooked from her family and cultural roots by her own mother, who after trying by legal civil demands to avoid, for purely economic interests, a custody and non-shared custody, initiated a criminal prosecution against me, which I was systematically demonstrating my innocence in the eyes of the law.

 

In July 2021, three psychological reports were issued from the Barcelonian Criminal and Family Council , where we can see that my ex-wife is directly accused of mistreated and manipulated

psychologically Camila. My ex-wife, seeing the forcefulness of the reports, decides to kidnap Camila in Russia.

 

I´m asking for help to recover Camila from this extremly difficult situation. Now I´m in a economic bankrupt and need economical help to continue her defense in Russia. No one can imagine how difficult it is to have your son taken to an unknown location, taken away from his loved ones, forced to live a life as a fugitive because of his own mother.

Por favor ayúdame a recuperar a mi hija.

Camila Rebecca es una niña Chilena de 6 años, mi única hija, Camila en agosto pasado fue secuestrada por su madre luego que todos los sistemas de protección de la infancia en España detectaran un maltrato psicológico por parte de sus madre, hoy en paradero desconocido posiblemente en Rusia.

Lamentablemente la Federación Rusa no ayuda a los extranjeros a efectuar la reclamación concerniente al Convenio del Haya de 1980 y nos obliga a realizar de forma particular la demanda de restitución de Camila hacia España.

Camila tiene actualmente 6 años ha vivido desde que tiene un año y medio en Cataluña donde tiene sus amistades y su escuela, ella ha aprendido incluso el idioma Catalán que lo habla perfectamente, lamentablemente fue arrancada de sus raíces familiares y culturales de forma violenta por su propia madre, quien después de intentar por la vía legal civil el evitar, por intereses netamente económicos, una guarda y custodia compartida, inició una persecución penal en contra mia, que sistemáticamente fui demostrando mi inocencia delante de los juzgados.

En julio del 2021 fueron emitidos los últimos tres informes psicológicos desde el area de asesoría penal y de famila de los juzgados de Barcelona, en ellos al igual que en los 3 informes ya existentes en la causa, se acusa directamente a mi ex mujer de maltratar psicológicamente a Camila hasta un punto de generar un trauma en ella.

Mi ex mujer, al ver lo contundente de los informes decide secuestrar a Camila en Rusia, lugar donde para recuperar a Camila debo costear toda la justicia nuevamente e intentar proteger a mi hija y exigir que mi ex mujer se someta a los tratamientos psicológicos que garanticen que no volverá a dañar a Camila.

Nadie puede imaginar lo difícil que es que a tu hijo se lo lleven a un paradero desconocido, que lo alejen de sus seres queridos, que la obliguen a vivir una vida de prófuga por culpa de su propia madre, una madre inestable psicológicamente con antecedentes suicidas.
