Help Me Recover: Support My Medical Journey

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

I never imagined I’d find myself writing this, but life has thrown me some unexpected challenges, and I could really use your help.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked hard to take control of my health. After undergoing a double hip replacement, I committed to improving my overall well-being and managed to lose over 100 pounds. I felt like I was finally on the right track.

But recently, my journey took a sudden and difficult turn. I had emergency surgery to remove three masses from my colon, which has left me with a temporary colostomy. While I’m focusing on recovering from this major procedure, my doctors are now evaluating a liver cancer diagnosis stage 4; for what

treament is needed .

The road ahead feels uncertain, but I’m determined to keep fighting. However, the medical expenses are piling up, and many of them aren’t covered by my insurance. These costs include:

• Specialized treatments and testing

• Post-surgery care and supplies for my colostomy

• Travel to and from appointments with specialists

• Everyday living expenses during this recovery period
