Help me Reunite with my Family and Rebuild After Fraud

Donation protected
My name is Mutmainnah, and I am humbly reaching out for your support during an incredibly challenging time for my family and me.

I am a single mother of two beautiful daughters, aged 8 and 6, who are currently living with my sick mother in Nigeria. Life for them is far from stable, when my mother is admitted to the hospital, my children either stay with temporary guardians or sleep over at the hospital with her. Despite my best efforts, I am still waiting for a visa decision to bring my girls to the UK so we can finally reunite and create a stable, loving home together.

Our journey has been filled with unimaginable hardship. We fled the war in ukr, where staying would have meant living in constant danger. For my children’s safety, I moved them to Nigeria to stay with my mother while I relocated abroad to support them. Working in my country of origin could never generate even a fraction of the funds needed for my mother’s hospital bills, my children’s education, or basic necessities.

Life in the UK has been far from easy. I work in a factory six days a week, where I am only paid if I show up for work. My wages go toward supporting my family back home, covering my own living expenses, and saving for critical needs, including my mother’s hospital bills, flight tickets for my children once their visas are approved, and any emergencies that may arise.

On top of all this, I live with Addison’s disease, a chronic condition that sometimes makes it incredibly difficult to go to work. Yet, I push through each day for the sake of my children and my mother.

Recently, my situation took a devastating turn. I was the victim of a sophisticated scam that wiped out my life savings of £5,000. I was approached by what seemed like a legitimate company offering online work. Initially, the tasks and payments were genuine, but as time went on, I was asked to buy cryptocurrency and send it to organizations with promises of reimbursement. Trusting them, I completed the tasks, only to discover it was all a fraud.

This financial loss has left my family in a vulnerable position, and I am struggling to recover. The savings I lost were meant to provide my children with a stable future and cover my mother’s medical needs.

I am turning to the kindness of strangers and friends for help. Your support, no matter how small, will go toward rebuilding what we’ve lost and helping us move forward as a family. Every donation will bring me closer to reuniting with my daughters and ensuring they have the love and security they deserve.

Thank you for reading my story and for any support you can offer, whether through a donation or by sharing this campaign with others. Your kindness means everything to us.

With hope and gratitude,
Mutmainnah
