Help me save my house

As some of you know, Lee passed away at the beginning of the summer and left me his house; with that came bills that I am not prepared to afford, mainly the mortgage. The house is almost paid off and I would hate to lose it. We have lived in this house for about 10 years and this is where the boys and I feel at home. I would be ever so grateful for any help that you can offer.
