Be a Part of My Transformational Journey

My name is Samaya but some of you may know me as Glennis (my birth name). Above are pictures of me at varying points on my health journey. There is difficulty and vulnerability in writing these words to you. They feel timely and urgent, so I thank you deeply for reading and the love and care in receiving them. I find there is so many in the world right now that need help, but I wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t as a last resort.

Unfortunately, I’m going to be homeless by the end of August 2024 (landlord sold house quick sale). On top of that, mobility issues have worsened where I can’t work full-time as a teacher (advance case of osteo-arthritis and pronation affecting the ankles). And the car I am driving needs to be returned to my friends. With the current market conditions, soon to be with no car and my debilitated health, I will not have enough to move forward. I need your help.

The truth is that I’ve been struggling with disordered eating throughout my life and need financial stability to continue the healing journey. I’m currently stuck in a debilitating loop and without financial help I won’t be able to pay for housing, move around and pay for continued healthcare.

So, I am putting out the call to the community for any help you can offer in making this an easeful life changing transition, one that will pave the way for developing a new chapter of prosperity and improvement of health. I will pay this forward through keeping us updated on the journey and becoming more vocal/seen in the repatterning of this healing journey. My aim is to find remote work in the coming months to tend to my mobility needs and to deepen my work in the world.
