To every person with a living heart and a conscious mind, I write these words to you with my blood, which has been spilled by this occupation since I was ten years old. They killed my father, my mother, my grandmother, my uncle, my cousin, and my heart; they have occupied my memory since childhood.

At that time, I had to become a man and care for my younger siblings. My sister Lamis was only six months old, and I had to be her father, mother, and brother. I lived a life that can only be described as hell. And now, in this war, the occupation is trying to take our lives, to kill us. But we continue to live, and that won’t stop us from becoming better and more beautiful than before.

Here is my story.

I live here in Gaza, and we have been through a very tough experience. In the war, I lost my mother and father, and they left us alone. My three siblings and my younger sister, we are now living in extremely difficult conditions.

Our lives have completely changed. We no longer have a home to live in, and we suffer from a lack of basic resources like water and food. The most challenging thing for me is that I have become responsible for my family. I try my best to take care of my younger siblings and meet their needs, but things are very tough

Urgent help is needed for my family, torn apart by the relentless barrage of Israeli airstrikes. Our home lies in ruins, shattered by the horrors of war, leaving us displaced and destitute. Tragically, my little brother lost his life to this senseless violence, leaving our hearts shattered and our spirits broken.

I will mention here a little of the loss that this war has caused. I completely lost the house that I grew up in days before you talked about the war. I want to grow grapes in it, but there is no house and nothing.

With each passing day, the siege tightens its grip around us, making it increasingly difficult to access even the most basic necessities. Our family is scattered, separated by the chaos of conflict, with no safe haven to seek refuge in.

We implore you, kind-hearted individuals, to extend your support in any way possible. Your aid could mean the difference between life and death for those of us struggling to survive amidst the devastation. Please, lend us your hand in this time of dire need, and help us rebuild our shattered lives.
