Help me survive end stage kidney disease

My name is Abdulmatine Chakir, I am 40 years old and had diabetes since I was ten years old which has made life more challenging for me from a young age as whenever I got sick I got really sick, a simple flu for someone else would be pneumonia for me,today the doctor informed me that I only have a few weeks at my current state if I don’t get urgent treatment, right now I only have one kidney and I am at end stage kidney disease, this is when the kidneys work less than 10 percent, my one kidney works at only 8 percent, this kidney damage happened due to diabetes type 1, I also had 2 foot amputations, damage to my eyesight, vascular problems and multiple infections, I have been fighting for years and have been through dialysis in the past for a number of years, according to my doctor putting me back on dialysis this time is dangerous as I would be at an extremely high risk of death, my kidney has become infected and I am in urgent need for a kidney transplant to save my life, my body has become too weak for dialysis and my fistula for dialysis has failed because I was randomly assaulted by a racist person, right now I am facing many problems including fluid build up and swelling which makes it difficult to breathe or move, other symptoms I am suffering from are major nerve damage, bone pains, inability to urinate, nausea and vomiting, extreme weakness and many others, I am humbly asking for your support to help me raise funds for a kidney transplant in order to stay alive. I am currently facing an incredibly challenging time as everyday is painful and I pray to God that help will reach me.
I am asking everyone to please provide any amount you can and share with your family and friends. Any amount you can contribute will make a significant difference in my life.
I appreciate it with all my heart and cannot thank you enough for your support and thank you so much for taking the time to read my story.
