I hope this message finds you well and filled with excitement because I have some incredible news to share! My name is Brandon Sanford, and I'm a professional surfer from the beautiful Dominican Republic. I've been dedicated to the art of longboard surfing for years, and it's a passion that has taken me to breathtaking places, allowing me to ride waves that touch the soul. Now, I have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I'm reaching out to my amazing friends and family for support.

I've been graciously invited to compete and participate in the prestigious "Aljezur Classic Invitational" in Aljezur, Portugal, from September 1st to September 3rd, 2023. This is a world-class event that brings together not only outstanding surfers but also talented musicians, artists, and surfboard shapers. It's a celebration of everything that makes surfing such an incredible lifestyle.

Receiving this invitation is an absolute honor, and I can't express how much this means to me. Not only will I get to showcase my longboard surfing talent in front of a new crowd, but it's also an opportunity to connect with like-minded people from all over the world, forging new relationships and lifelong friendships.

For this journey to Europe to become a reality, I need your support. The trip expenses, including airfare, hotel, and a rental car, are approximately $6000 US dollars. I know it's a significant sum, but every little bit counts, and your contribution will go a long way in helping me make this dream come true.

To ensure this trip's success, I plan to stay in Europe for 7 to 10 days, starting a few days earlier than the event. This extra time will allow me to adapt to the new environment, practice on the waves, and most importantly, capture breathtaking images and videos of this life-changing experience. That's why I believe having a dedicated photographer/videographer is crucial to document and promote the journey in all its beauty.
