Help me take pixie home

Pixie has now been taken to the vet, she has had all of her vaccinations and now we need to wait 4 months for the all clear to come to the UK. We want to say a massive thank you for helping us reach our goal. Pixie is currently being fostered by a family from the UK in Akbuk and we are extremely grateful. Hello, my name is Kay Brimble. I’m fundraising for pixies transportation home from Turkey to the UK.

Pixies story… Pixie is a 4 month old puppy that was dumped on the streets in Didim, Turkey. We believe this was by an English family. I frequently visit the shelter whilst on holiday in Didim, supporting them and walking the dogs as much as I can. Today I met pixie and she stole my heart. She is not a stray dog and cannot fend for herself. With the new rules in turkey, she will eventually be put to sleep. I cannot let this happen to pixie.

The shelter where she is located is in dire condition. A puppy of her age would not last more than week before contracting parvo virus or distemper. Its well known that puppies go in, and never come out alive.

I recently rescued my dog bliss, a street dog from Romania who had been in a shelter for 5 years. I know I can’t save all the dogs in the world but this puppy deserves a chance, and I am her only chance. With just recently rescuing bliss, i understand it’s a very expensive process from Turkey. This go fund me is purely for transportation as I am funding her vaccinations, foster care, vet treatments and passport.
