Help me to become a Tibetan language translator

Update!!

Dear friends I have news, good news:

Last year I couldn't join on time to the Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo Translator Program due to lack of founds. Never the less I continued with my Tibetan language studies, and last month (October 2023) I got in contact again with LRZTP.

On April 2024 I'll do a Level Test in order to join the second year of the program. Meanwhile I'll be receiving P2P Tibetan language classes with LRZTP, to catch up both with the language level as well as with the Dharma background necessary for translation and interpretation tasks.

The budget for School fees I'll need now has reduced to the 50%, (6.750 USD.). For that I still kindly request your support. By my side I've been able to gather certain amount for the living cost over Dharamsala while I'm doing the course at LRZTP.

Dear friends, Dharma fellows,

Many of you know me, I embraced Dharma philosophy years ago as method to know and manifest my own self.

And I have been blessed! A clear path has been revealed to me: be there for others. Certainly for me the way is Dharma translating, real time interpretation English to Spanish. So far, since 2018 I've translated both onsite and online teachings for many Great Teachers and Recognized Lamas (around 1000 hours).

Now, I have a Greater Aspiration: The First Lama I translated for was Chaphur Rinpoche and on our way back from the teachings, he told me I should study the Tibetan language in order to become Tibetan translator. Immediately I surrendered to his suggestion and since then I've been studying the Tibetan language twice a week (it is difficult believe me, but if you know me you'll know my determination is clear and firm).

My aim is to attend and finish the Two Years Tibetan Language and Interpretation Training Program at Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo Translator Program.

The full program fees add up to 11,590€, plus two years living at Dharamsala, I budget 24.000€.

I'm requesting your help with the kick off, 9.000€.

In Tibetan tradition is to sponsor someone who decides to choose the spiritual path is a way of gaining good karma. I invite you to continue that tradition by supporting this crazy but committed guy.

I believe in me, I believe I can help others through my work. Please help me to achieve my goal, an end goal that I hope from the bottom of my heart will be to the benefit of all sentient beings.

Queridos amigos les tengo noticias, buenas noticias:

El año pasado no pude unirme a tiempo al Programa de Traductores de Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo por falta de fondos. Sin embargo, continué con mis estudios del idioma tibetano y el mes pasado (octubre de 2023) me puse en contacto nuevamente con LRZTP.

En abril de 2024 haré una Prueba de Nivel para poder incorporarme al segundo año del programa. Mientras tanto estaré recibiendo clases de idioma tibetano P2P con LRZTP, para ponerme al día tanto con el nivel del idioma como con el conocimiento del Dharma necesario para las tareas de traducción e interpretación.

El presupuesto para matrículas escolares que necesitaré ahora se ha reducido al 50% (6.750 USD). Para eso todavía solicito amablemente su apoyo.

Por mi parte, he podido reunir cierta cantidad para el costo de vida en Dharamsala mientras hago el curso en LRZTP.

Queridos amigos, compañeros de dharma,

Muchos de ustedes me conocen, hace años que abracé la filosofía del Dharma como método para conocerme y manifestarme a mí mismo.

¡Y he sido bendecido! Se me ha revelado un camino claro: estar ahí para los demás. Concretamente para mí el camino es la traducción de Dharma, la interpretación en directo del inglés al español. Hasta ahora, y desde 2018, he traducido enseñanzas presenciales y en línea para diversos Grandes Maestros y Lamas Reconocidos (alrededor de 1000 horas).

Ahora, tengo una aspiración mayor: el primer lama para el que traduje fue Chaphur Rinpoche, y en nuestro camino de regreso de las enseñanzas, me dijo que debería estudiar el idioma tibetano para convertirme en traductor. Inmediatamente me rendí a su sugerencia, desde entonces he estado estudiando el idioma tibetano dos veces por semana (¡es difícil créanme! Pero, sí me conocen saben que mi determinación es clara y firme).

Mi objetivo es asistir y terminar el Programa de Capacitación en Interpretación y Lengua Tibetana de dos años en el Programa de Traductores Lotsawa Rinchen Zangpo, en Dharamsala, India ( de abril 2023 a mayo del 2025).

El importe total del programa sube a 11.590 €, mas dos años viviendo en Dharamsala, para todo ello presupuesto 24.000 €.

Solicito vuestra ayuda con el arranque inicial, 9.000€.

En la tradición tibetana, patrocinar a alguien que decide elegir el camino espiritual es una forma de ganar buen karma. Los invito a continuar y apoyar esa tradición dando crédito a este tipo loco, pero comprometido que soy.

Creo en mí, creo que puedo ayudar a otros a través de mi trabajo. Por favor, ayúdame a lograr mi objetivo, un objetivo final que espero desde el fondo de mi corazón que sea en beneficio de todos los seres sintientes.
