Help me to get my gastric surgery

As most of you know, my weight has always been something I have struggled with. I have been extremely overweight for many years and every which way I have tried has had short term success. In the end, I have always gained the weight back. I have been advised to seek Bariatric Surgery, a procedure performed to restrict consumption and aid in weight loss. After mulling and researching and weighing out the pros and cons, I have committed to getting the surgery this May in Mexico, due to insurance purposes and considerable cost reductions. I would never usually do this but I have unfortunately sustained a work related injury causing me to lose almost half my income. I have been blessed with 3/4th’s of the cost being covered by a sweet guardian angel who I will forever be grateful for that they allowed this opportunity to become a reality.
