Please, help me pay for life saving dialysis

I can't afford my 3 times a week dialysis treatments even though I have insurance.  My 20% co pay comes in at $1650.00 per month. That's about my monthly ss payment and I have other Doctors and medications. I'm about 7,000.00 in arrears.  Please help?
