Please help me with my son

Hi mi names is Brenda my son was in a bad car accident. And I had to take off work to be with him I missed so much work and I don't know how I am going to make it he is my only son and I'm so thankful he is alive it was a three car crash my son and his friends where making a left turn and 2 cars ate the red light and hit them and my son is the only one that was hurt the most he was Thrown from the car has Some brain damage he is 17 old boy and was making a turn around in his life so I'm asking you to help me please they say it is going to be a long road. I don't even have enough for rent this month . trying to be there for my son. And I'm asking you guys to helped anything would help me. I am alone and would really appreciate help anyway, I can. Cause I don't know what tomorrow's going to bring.

I don't know how i'm gonna get through these days . My son will be getting out of the hospital soon is going to need a lot of aftercare like physical therapies, speech therapies and be going back to high school.
