Hi, my name is Carlos and I need your help in raising funds for my good friend James. James is a husband and a father. I have had the honor of coaching both of his boys, working with him, and playing soccer with him. James recently had to be admitted in to the hospital for chest pains. In the process his heart shutdown completely and now is in need of a heart transplant. He is currently at SFSU hospital awaiting for a transplant.
