Help me with stroke costs

Hi my name is Larry and I've had a stroke. My right side is paralyzed and the stroke has affected my speech. I am a Hypnotherapist, and my speech impairment has left me with no way of making a living. I have a lot of bills coming up and I have no way of paying them.
