Today, I'm thrilled to say that I have been chosen to be a Delegate for this year's Democratic National Convention! This makes me one of 21 at-large delegates voted by the Maryland Democratic Party to represent our state. It is an absolute honor to be a voice for Maryland residents and represent the Eastern Shore community.

What Sending Me to the DNC Means:

Attending the DNC means that I will be able to represent Maryland at the national stage. As a Delegate, I will have the opportunity to build our party's platform and advocate for the needs of our rural communities. More importantly, I will be a voice to advocate for the much needed support our Shore communities need. Your contribution will ensure that the Lower Shore voices are heard at the Convention and that young voices have a seat at the table.

More About Me:

In 2022, I ran for the Wicomico County At-Large seat, with the intent to highlight the need for more women voices on our county council. My constituent engagement raised the bar for many candidates, and that race has transformed the way our elected officials proactively engage with residents and voters. I was honored to earn the endorsements of Wicomico County Education Association, Moms Demand Gun Action, Progressive Maryland, and Lead Locally.

My race earned me the respect of my colleagues and my community, and in 2023 I was appointed to serve on the Salisbury City Council where I served as the youngest sitting councilwoman. During my time on the council, I successfully led an effort for the city to pass a labor code agreement for our city workers.

In 2023 I ran for Mayor of Salisbury, where I was honored to earn the endorsements of IAFF Local 4246, AFSCME, the Delmarva Labor Council, Progressive Maryland, and the Sierra Club. Currently I serve as the Women's Caucus Chair for the Young Democrats of Maryland and sit on the Eastern Shore Democrats' Executive Board.
