Help Megatron, the Kitten, with Vet Bills

Any amount is helpful, . I need help paying for vet bills for this kitten i found on the roads. She is 4-8 weeks old and has begun to go by Megatron and she is very small for her expected age. I have been misled that i could pay gradually to make up for it.
