Help Melissa Afford Life-Saving Surgery

Hi, my name is Melissa. I'm 34 years old. I never thought I'd be making something like this but this is just so sudden... I'm a mother to 4 and a wife. I'm a very private person so asking for help is hard. I just got a call from my doctor saying that I have to have a total vaginally hysterectomy in a few weeks due to complications thats been progressing. That's a major surgery and im scared. I have health insurance with United Healthcare but the bad news is that they will only cover a portion of the cost which leaves me with the remaining deductible that must be paid before my surgery date or they will not do the surgery. I've been having complications for years thats been getting worse quickly this year and this is the route that they want to take to prevent me from getting cancer. It's such short notice and I know I can't come up with that much money in time for surgery so I'm asking for help. Anyone who knows me, knows I never ask for anything so this is killing me to even have to do this but I still want to be around to watch my kids grow up. Anything is appreciated. I'll be out of work for 8 weeks to recover from the surgery so if I have anything left after meeting my goal, it'll go towards the bills. I have to make sure I'm fully healed before I'm able to return to work since I'm a Caregiver which can be hard on the body.
