Help Melissa and Alex Spann save their house.

Hi my name is Amanda I am Melissa's best friend. I am starting this fundraiser to help them out in a very hard time. Melissa never ask for hand outs and is super women when it comes to her family, but this is out of her control and needs some help.

Melissa and Alex were served a letter right after Christmas stating that the house they have been living in for years got sold out from underneath of them at a Sheriff's Sale. They were renting to own from the family they thought owned the house as they continued to pay the rent and thought everything was good. The letter states that they need to come up with $10,000 by February 1st or needs to find a new place to live. Melissa has 3 children and two of the boys are autistic with limited verbalization and change is extremely difficult for them they are used to their home and that's where they feel safe. Melissa's other son goes to school in the town they live in. So any change for anyone is hard. Melissa's car also broke down as she is the only transportation for the twin boys to get to and from school which is 94 miles from home. So right now is a very difficult time for them and anything would be very much appreciated to help them out. She would prefer to save her house as its really hard to find any rentals in a small town and something safe for the boys.
