Hello friends, it is with a heavy heart that I am reaching out to you. My dearest and most best friend Melissa Laster and her parents lost their life-long family home in a devastating fire on February 4, 2023. Besides losing everything they own, Melissa has lost her beloved fur babies. The family is devastated and now homeless.
The funds raised by this campaign will go towards basic necessities such as food, clothing, lodging, and money to start over as they did not have home insurance.
Anything that you can do to help our friend Melissa would be a true blessing. Melissa has always been there for me…never hesitating to help when I was in need, as she would for any of her friends. Melissa has the biggest heart…she would give the shirt off her back for anyone in need. She has given of her time and money for many good causes such as church ministries, the homeless, and LGBTQ+ community.
