Help Melissa&Family Through Her Medical Journey

Hi,

Our names are Kenya and Julie and we are close family friends to Melissa king and her family. Just recently Melissa was diagnosed with Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma after having a lumpectomy. She was due to have surgery for bilateral mastectomies. As of now Surgery has been postponed due to the MRI showing several lesions on her thoracic spine. She’s waiting to have a CT and bone scan to determine if she will be starting with aggressive chemo before surgery. Due to medical bills and upcoming loss of work financial support is greatly needed for Melissa and her family. Melissa is an exceptional human being who never misses an opportunity to help or give in anyway she can. This is going to be a long challenging journey for her and her family. Your support means so much and can truly relieve some of the financial burden. Anyone who knows her would say with out a doubt, the world is a better place with her in it.
