Help Melvin with his vet bills

Melvin, my 13 year old chihuahua got bit in the neck and thrashed by a German shepherd and the moment was scarier for me than catching on fire or getting hit by a car. Melvin hardly survived the trip to the vet, and the bills are a bit more than we can afford, and help would be very appreciated
