Help Mercedes finish her last semester at Rider

Our sister and friend Mercedes is currently in financial troubles! Mercedes is a Senior at Rider University, where tuition is on the expensive side. Her current financial situation does not allow her to pay back the approximately $22,000 owed in tuition. If she does not pay this balance off, she will not be allowed to graduate with the rest of the Class of 2021.

Since I’ve known Mercedes, she remains optimistic in trying times, rarely opening up about her troubles as she has always felt the need to find the solution on her own. Throughout college, Cedes had to work to pay for things like tuition and car payments, forcing her to miss many opportunities. At one point, she had to maintain 3 jobs and school while commuting from NYC to NJ for class as she couldn’t afford to live on campus. Being that she is a recent mother, she is struggling to pay for necessities for herself, daughter and pay this outstanding tuition balance. Mercedes is an amazing mother, sorority sister, and friend, so it hurts us that we can’t provide the money she needs to finish her very last semester. Due to this, we are asking for your help in being able to find the money needed to pay her tuition.
