Help Meridian Firefighters Recover from Loss
Donation protected
On March 14th, a large wildfire broke out in East Logan County, and firefighters, including those from the Meridian Fire Department, immediately jumped into action to protect lives and homes. Unfortunately, resources were stretched thin due to the multiple fires burning at once, and during this heroic effort, tragedy struck closer to home.
Chief Johnny Pross' mother of the Meridian Fire Department, along with one of his brave firefighters, lost their homes to the very fire they were battling to control. These men and women risk their lives daily to protect our community, and now, in the face of their own personal losses, they need our help more than ever.
We are asking for the community’s support to help these dedicated firefighters rebuild their lives. All donations will go directly to Chief Pross, his firefighter, and their families to help with immediate needs like temporary housing, clothing, and the rebuilding of their homes.
