MGP racer Victor hospital&aftercare expenses

Poor Victor Lopez had an unfortunate accident at Jurby Motodrome in the Isle of Man testing his bike for his MGP 2019, he had a high speed crash leaving him requiring surgery for a new hip. He discovered later his insurance for the TT  Course doesn't cover him for Jurby so is now left with a huge bill from Nobles Hospital, please help towards the costs for this great rider and local favourite.
