Help Mia Memorialize Andrija and Rebuild Her Life

Hi. I am Mia Miller and I'm the girlfriend to the late Andrija Marquez. As many know, Dre was a beautiful and vibrant soul who was taken from all of us too soon at 28. His magnetic charisma has shaped and changed many people's lives, including mine. It felt like Dre always knew the right thing to say. His humor, strength, and ultimate presence in a room will be remembered and talked about for the rest of our lives.

Dre and I had been dating for about 3 and a half years, and during that time we had built a very beautiful life, full of many expenses which, with each other's support we were able to maintain and continue. As a result of this horrible event, I believe my best option is to move to Arkansas with my family and push to try to keep many of the luxuries we achieved together.

I want to be as clear as I can be when explaining exactly what the donated funds will go to as I already feel very wrong asking for help.

Firstly, the funds accrued here will go to being able to print memory booklets for the friends and family of Andrija, as I believe this will be an important step towards memorializing him and continuing his legacy.

Secondly, any more funds received will be put towards our car payment, insurance payment, and the rent to the apartment we lived in our whole relationship.

Lastly, anything else will be put towards my journey of moving my life over to Arkansas. Dre and I had talked a lot about moving there when the time was right, so I am going to try to live out our little dreams.

I want to thank everybody for being so supportive and caring. Losing him is the hardest thing I've ever had to face and every day is a struggle but with caring and understanding from everyone in our lives, it gets a little easier.
