Help Michael Dirlam with unexpected medical issues

Hi my name is Billy Harrison, myself and some other co workers are trying to get a fundraiser going for not only our co worker but our good friend Michael Dirlam aka Mikee D. Mikee was faced with some arising health issues and was hospitalized due to kidney disease. He spent some time in the hospital and had to be put on dialysis and cannot return to work just yet. He is the only one that is working in his family at the moment because he just had a daughter and his gf stays at home taking care of both of their kids. As we all know medical bills are not cheap and with out returning to work to be able to pay what insurance doesn't cover, money is going fast. We all know bills wont wait around to be paid so we would like to ask if you can help out our good friend in need so he doesn't lose what he has work so hard for to supply his family with what they deserve.
