Help Michael's Family During Surgery for rent and bills

We are doing this to help pay our rent for the next 2 months as our son Michael is about to have a spinal fusion surgery on Dec 23, right before Christmas . With that being said, Dad and I will both have to be with him at that time and out of work for the time of recovery. We also have 3 other children.

My son's name is Michael. He's 10 years old and was diagnosed with scoliosis and NF1, early puberty, and ADHD. He's been treated at Phoenix Children's Hospital for the past 2 years. They've been working on his back and keeping an eye on his tumors. He has 3, in his neck, chest, and brain, but he's on a capsule for those. We travel about 3 1/2 hours to get him to his appointments every 2-3 months. Anything helps, even a share.
