Help Michael's Parents Replace Their Car

My name is Tim Vermilyea. Paul and Nastassja Hanna and their 3-year-old son, Michael, are my colleagues. As you may know, Michael was diagnosed with kidney cancer several weeks ago. After 4 weeks of chemotherapy, Michael had surgery on August 27 to remove one of his kidneys and a cancerous tumor. He will now be undergoing radiation as the next step in his treatment.

Paul and Nastassja have to replace one of their cars. Between work schedules and now daily trips for Michael's treatments, the need to replace their second car has become very important. They are replacing a car that they sold because of major (and expensive repairs). However, they don't have enough money to purchase a dependable car for Nastassja. The need is pressing - Michael's treatments will begin soon after he is released from the hospital.
